1. Unless otherwise indicated, All items come with a 12 month warranty period. ..

2. You are required to contact BigRoo before you return any product(s) as we maybe able to resolve the issue without the need to return the item. ..

3. BigRoo will endeavor to repair or replace your product if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 21 days from the date of purchase.  Any DOA's must be returned to BigRoo within 14 days from the date of dispatch. ..

In some instances where an item is correctly described but the purchaser is not happy with the product, BigRoo may request up to 20% of the final sale price as a restocking fee, and also any eBay fees must be deducted. In this case the postage both ways is also non-refundable. In the case of items marked as Free Delivery, any costs for initial delivery will also be taken of the Refund. Any refund will not be given until the items and all accessories have been received and checked to be still in new and unopened condition, and can still be sold as such by BigRoo. ..
